David Phelps David Phelps, age 52, of Troy, Ohio, died at 7:30AM on Monday, July 21, 2008, at Harborside Health Care Center, Troy. He was born June 29, 1956 in Troy, to Hanson and Emma Jean Beldon Phelps also of Troy. In addition to his parents, David is survived by three sons: David Phelps Jr. of Troy, Christopher Lee Phelps of Troy and Casey Lee Phelps of New Carlisle, Ohio; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Nancy Lee and Rev. Elliot Kuehne of Sidney, Ohio and Mary Ann and Terry Unger of Piqua, Ohio; two brothers and one sister-in-law: Donald Lee Phelps of Sidney, Ohio and Dennis E. and Pam Phelps of Tipp City, Ohio; and one granddaughter, Savannah Phelps. David was a lifetime member of Troy Fish & Game and had been an employee with Precision Strip of Tipp City, Ohio.
