David Phillip Jackson died at his residence on December 12, 2001. He is survived by his first wife, Paula J. Jensen of Vandalia, Ohio; his second wife, Connie Mathis of Madisonville, KY and five children: Daughters and sons-in-law, Jonanne L. Hadden S. Riley; Julie J. Alan R. II Bogard;; January A.H. Mark N. Tracy; Kimberly A. Jackson and Jennier D. Simmons: and Brother, Peter B. Jackson. Grandchildren: Erica Adam Sharp, Adam Weir, Jacob Riley, Robin Riley, Alex Bogard, Greg Bogard and Kaylann Simmons; Great Grandchildren: Kloe Sharp and J.T. Sharp. Nieces: Susan J. Christopher Becker and Linda A. Craig Gleason; sister-in-law, Jean Jackson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert W. and Margaret Shirley Bishop Jackson. Mr. Jackson was a 1957 graudate of Troy High School; attended Ohio University. He was a draftsman with Montgomery County and retired in 2001 as Title Examiner with SafeMark. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County or American Cancer Society.
