David P. Duchak, age 84, of Vandalia, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.  He was born November 2, 1940, in Dayton, OH to the late Dr. John M. and Hope E. (Darden) Duchak.

David is survived by four children: Joyce A. (Glenn Cline) Duchak, David T. Duchak, Daniel J. Duchak and Kelli L. Duchak (Keith) Kinnear; stepdaughter: Tamara A. Rawlins; sisters: Hope Pepe and Ruth Reinberg; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Patricia Ann (Otto) Duchak; one sister and three brothers.

David served for 2 years on the Bradford Police Dept. and retired from General Motors.

A Private Celebration of Life service will be held for family members on December 7, 2025.  Family interment will be on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Calvary Cemetery.
