Danny Kaye (Dan) Holloway, age 70, of Troy, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023, at UVMC in Troy, OH.  He was born on March 31, 1953, in Sidney, to the late Clifford Archie and Chloe Effie (Strunk) Holloway.

Dan is survived by his wife of 49 years: Rebecca (Maxwell) Holloway; three daughters: Sandra (Andrew) Kinder of Troy, OH, Jennifer Holloway of Oklahoma City, OK, and Stacey (Kasey) Krehbiel of Edmund, OK; three brothers: Charles (Shelby) Holloway of Sidney, Gene (Teresa) Holloway of Sidney, Morris (Linda) Holloway of Columbus; one sister: Wanda Keith of Lexington, KY; twelve grandchildren: Hannah, Isaac, Myla, Logan, Silas, Allie, Jamin, Nolan, Etta, Mollie, Lillie and Holden.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister: Doris (Jim) Nolte and two granddaughters: Hope and Joy.

Dan was a 1971 graduate of Sidney High School.  He worked many industrial jobs at Airstream, LeRoy, Monarch and Stolle for nearly 20 years.  In addition, he served a pastoral call as youth leader in Sidney, OH, and pastor in Wapakoneta, Troy and East Liverpool, OH.  This accompanied his license as an ordained bishop with the Church of God, Cleveland, TN.

Memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
