Daniel P. Spraul, age 73, of Troy, Ohio died Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center. Dan was born January 30, 1938 in Piqua, Ohio to the late Paul T. and Margaret Chronerberry Spraul. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline 'Jackie' Pennington Spraul; children, Scott Patrick Spraul, Preston Daniel Spraul, and Melissa Spraul Binford; grandchildren, Brittany, Aryn, Ian, and Shannon; and brother, William David Spraul. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brother, John Douglas Spraul. He was a 1956 graduate of Troy High School and attended University of Cincinnati. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy and past member of the Parish Council; a former City of Troy Councilman; and a veteran of the US Army Reserves. He was formerly employed with Union Savings Bank. A memorial mass will be held 1:00PM Friday, April 8, 2011 at the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, Ohio.
