Dan W. Johnson, 68, of Christiansburg, formerly of Troy, died suddenly in Springfield on Wednesday, October 31,2001. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Charlene Helms Johnson and one daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and John Mays and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Edgar and Glovernia Green Johnson, a daughter, Debra Cooper and a sister, Faye Fields. Mr. Johnson was a US Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the Clark County Beagle Club. He was retired from Kimberly Clark Corporation.
