Dallas Dewey Gabbard, Jr., age 63, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2025, at Ohio's Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit in Troy.  He was born on May 9, 1961, in Laurel County, KY, to the late Dallas Dewey and Anna Lou (Carter) Gabbard, Sr.

Dallas is survived by four sisters: Sharon (Danny) Saunders of Madisonville, KY, Lisa Hoskins of Troy, OH, Susan Berger of Troy, OH, and Cindy (Gary) Wallen of Columbus, OH; one brother: Ronald Gabbard of Troy, OH; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, He was preceded in death by one sister: Karen Jean Carter; one brother: Donald Gabbard; and one nephew: Taylor Holiday.

Dallas loved his family.  He also enjoyed going fishing, listening to music, especially Christian music, and saying "Hallelujah".  He was a cook.
