Cynthia "Cindy" Kister, age 56, of Troy, Ohio passed away at home on June 2, 2024. She was born in Troy, Ohio to the late Roy and Betty Thompson.

She is survived in death by her brothers: Fred ( Cindy ) Thompson, Cecil Thompson, and Timothy Thompson; her daughter: Betty Hatfield; and her son: Stanley Snider. She was also survived in death by her nieces: Jessica, Lynnette and Ashley; her nephew: Jamie; and her three grandchildren: Brayden, Kaylee and Serinity. In addition to meeting her parents in heaven, she was also met in heaven by her oldest son: Roy Allen Plantz; and by her brother: Shawn Thompson.

Cindy loved her plants, her cats and her family. She loved to cook and have family dinners any time she could find a reason. She had a green thumb anyone would be jealous of! She was a force to be reckoned with and she will be missed.

Cynthia's celebration of life services will be held on June 15th, 2024 from 3PM to 6PM at the Troy Eagles, 225 N. Elm Street, Troy, OH 45373.
