CONNIE SUE (WILSON) RATLIFF, age 65, of Troy, passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at her residence.  She was born on March 17, 1953 in Troy to the late Joseph E. Wilson and Carol (Rike) Wilson Millhouse.

Connie is survived by her husband of 45 years: Vernon E. "Spunky" Ratliff; two sons: Jason (Annette) Ratliff of Troy and Brian (June Bogard) Ratliff of Covington; siblings: Judith (Willie) Brown of Johnson City, TN, Randy (Terry) Millhouse and Cindy Millhouse, both of Troy and Lisa Millhouse of Conover; and five grandchildren: Ava, Aaliyah, Ethan, Mason and Wyatt.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather: Ronald Millhouse.

Connie was a licensed cosmetologist.  She had worked at salons around the area, as well as A O Smith, Piqua Memorial Hospital and Stouder Hospital.  According to her family, Connie was the "best cook in the US".  She enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.  Connie was baptized in a Southern Baptist Church with her husband, Vernon in 1976.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Burial will follow in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown.  Friends may call from 5:00 - 8:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
