Clyde E. Lewis died after an extended illness at the home of his daughter. He is survived by four children and their spouse, Nick Eugene and Patricia Lewis of Piqua, Richard Allen Lewis, Terry Michael and Linda Lewis of Troy, Carla Pauline and Jeff Nuckles of Troy; three sisters, Jewel Gheen and Bertha Michaels of Troy; Elizabeth Ison of New Carlisle; ten grandchildren, Holly, Amy and Amber White, Kandy Powell, Shari and Nick Jr. Lewis, Vernon and Michael VanDeGrift, Jeffery and Marnda Nuckles and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Forn and Abbie Gillam Lewis; his wife, Irene M. Lewis, three sons, one sister and one brother. He was a contractor at Hobart Brothers.
