CLAUDIA MARCUM, age 78, of Troy, OH; formerly of Sardinia, OH, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit. She was born in Wheelersburg, OH on December 16, 1943 to the late Robert Linkous and Bessie Frances (Price) Linkous McCaslin.

Claudia is survived by son: Brad Marcum; daughter-in-law: Rebel Marcum; five grandchildren: Jesse (Amanda) Clark; Ben (Kiley) Marcum; Sammi Marcum;  Andrew Marcum and Matthew Marcum and nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Steven E. Marcum; son: Pastor Stephen A. Marcum and brothers: Pastor Robert R. Linkous, Larry Keith Linkous and Danny Ray Linkous.

Claudia had a servant's heart and cared for her husband Steve for several years until his passing. Her life revolved around her family and her closest friends were basically family, too. She was such a loving and giving person - her faith in God was strong and she believed in showing love the same way Jesus did. She missed her mom and big brother dearly, and now she can be with them eternally in heaven.

Services will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Troy. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
