Clarence William Florkey Clarence William Florkey, age 74, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 9:10AM on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Troy Care & Rehabilitation Center, Troy. He was born on November 1, 1937 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Clarence Lee and Jennie Elizabeth McConnell Florkey. He is survived by three sisters: Beverly Johnson, Norma Florkey and Barbara Pearce; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Clarence was preceded in death by one sister, Mickey DeBrosse and his brother, Richard Eugene Florkey. He was a member of Tipp City Church of the Nazarene, Tipp City, Ohio. He was formerly employed with RT Industries, Troy. A graveside service will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Vandalia, Ohio.
