Obituary
CLARA IRENE GIAM, age 76, of Troy, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. She was born on July 8, 1940 in Makassar, Indonesia, to the late Herry and Mientje (Mampa) Giam. She married Jootje V. Pangemanan and he preceded her in death.
Clara is survived by her five children and their spouses: Elly and Nico, Boy and Achie, Bobby and Yunie, Harry and Yana and Jessy and Craig; one sister: Lely Giam; sixteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother: Decky; and one step brother: Henky.
Clara attended St. Patrick Catholic Church in Troy.
Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Troy with Rev. Fr. James Duell as Celebrant. Memorial contributions may be made to gofundme.com/bringing-oma-home.
