Chris Allen Nutter, age 53, of Piqua, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2023, at his residence.  He was born on January 2, 1970, in Troy, to Wilson W. and Rebecca I. (Hawes) Nutter of Piqua.

In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by three daughters: Skylynn M. Nutter, Lacie Jane Nutter and Krista B. Nutter, all of Cambridge, OH; two sisters: Becky Couch of Sidney, OH, and Angel Nutter of Dayton, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Chris attended Covington Schools.  He attended Piqua Pentecostal Church.  Chris enjoyed writing poetry, drawing, and singing and writing songs.  He worked in landscaping.  Chris loved his family most of all.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with Pastor Mark L. Hina, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Troy.  Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
