Charlotte Ann Horn Lee Charlotte Ann Horn Lee, age 67, of Troy, Ohio, passed away after a brief illness on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. She was born on July 29, 1940, in Zanesville, Ohio, to the late Orvil "Pete" and Ernestine "Ernie" Patch Horn. Mrs. Lee is survived by her husband of 45 years, Larry L. Lee; daughter and son-in-law, Lara Bryce Hartman of Troy; son and daughter-in-law, Lanton L. Lori E. Annala Lee of Indianapolis, IN; and four grandchildren: Hayden Lee Hartman, Harrison Lee Hartman, Margaret Lanette Lee and Landry Lawrence Lee. She was a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Nursing in 1962. She was also a member of the First United Methodist Church, Troy. Mrs. Lee was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Local funeral services will be held at 5:00PM Friday, March 28, 2008, at the First United Methodist Church, Troy, with Rev. Dr. James C. Wilson II officiating. The second funeral service will be held at the North Fairfield United Methodist Church, North Fairfield, Ohio at 2:00PM Saturday, March 29, 2008 with interment to follow at the Fairfield Twp.
