Charlette Sherrie Williams, age 66, of Troy passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. She was born on December 29, 1956 in Union City, IN to the late John and Dorothy L. (Denney) Stephens.

Charlette is survived by daughter: Carey Rebecca Stephens; son: Charles Duane Stephens; and best friends: Jennifer Sedlak and Marsha Sedlak-Whiting.

Charlette was a US Army Veteran and Minister.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Dayton National Cemetery.
