Charles Burl Rowe, age 77, of Tipp City, OH passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017 at his residence.  He was born on June 3, 1939 in Belington, WV to the late Gerald Paul Rowe and Anna (Wilson) Rowe.  Burl married Linda Lee (Pugh) Rowe on December 28, 1963 and she preceded him in death on October 5, 2009.  Burl is survived by his daughters:  Julie (Marty) Whetstone of Troy; Rhonda (Jimmy) Wiseman of St. Marys, GA and April (Sean) Barrett of Salisbury, NC; grandchildren:  Danielle (Jared) Mitchell, Hannah (Dean) Embree of Tipp City, OH, Jessie Whetstone, all of Troy, and Lydia (Tanner) Sanderson of Covington, OH; Lindsey, Victoria and Noelle Wiseman, all of St. Marys, GA and Brittany, Ian and Addy Barrett, all of Salisbury, NC; and nine great-grandchildren: Kate, Charlie, Dawson and Lindie Mitchell, William, Kassidy and Owen Embree, Kendalynn Sanderson and Jack Wiseman.  Burl was a graduate of Sinclair Community College.  He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Ludlow Falls.  He retired in 2002 after 31 years of service with Process Equipment.  Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy with Rev. Shawn M. Hess officiating.  Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.  The family will receive friends from
