Charles E. Robbins Charles E. Robbins, age 66, of Troy, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2008, at his residence after a sudden illness. He was born September 6, 1941 in Troy, to Robert L. and Lova Mae Ditmer Robbins. Charles was preceded in death by his father, Robert, wife, Phyllis and sister, Donna Ingle. He is survived by a sister, Martha Kimbrell of Tipp City, Ohio; three nephews: Robbie Kimbrell, Terry Ingle and Mark Ingle Sr.; and one niece, Debra Blankenship. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Troy and a former member of the Troy Redmens. He retired from Kimberly-Clark, Troy, and enjoyed country music, NASCAR and the Dallas Cowboys. A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM Saturday, August 2, 2008 at First Place Christian Center, 16 W. Franklin Street, Troy, Ohio. Private interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
