CHARLES E. PERKINS, JR., age 52, of Troy, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at his residence.  He was born on October 6, 1964 in Troy to the late Charles E. and Lucille (Barker) Perkins, Sr.

Charles is survived by one son: William Lee "Willie" Perkins of Troy; and three brothers: Timothy L. Smith, Douglas P. Perkins and James A. Perkins, all of Troy.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Linda (Smith) Perkins; and one sister: Tamara Jackson.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown.  Arrangements are being handled by Baird Funeral Home in Troy.
