CHARLES E. LAMBERT, age 67, of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at Upper Valley Medical Center Emergency Room.  He was born in Springfield on March 23, 1950 to the late George Edward and Beulah Luvon (Adams) Lambert.

Charles is survived by one daughter: Angela Gonzalez of Stockton, NY; one brother: James Lambert of Troy; five grandchildren: Karen Miller of Dayton, Victoria Miller and  Jesse Miller, both of Stockton, NY, and Austin Gayheart and Michaela Gayheart, both of KY; and one great granddaughter: McKenna Gonzalez of Stockton, NY.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter: Heidi Gayheart; and one sister.

Charles was a retired, long haul truck driver.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are being handled by Baird Funeral Home in Troy.
