Charles E. Davis Sr. Charles E. "Catfish" Davis Sr., 68, of Troy, OH, died unexpectedly at 10:00PM Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. He was born July 20, 1938 in Waterloo, OH, to the late Dwight and Evalina Canter Davis. He was married to Betty J. Zellers Davis who preceded him in death in 2000.
