Celia L. Arthur, 68, of Casstown, Ohio died on Sunday, October 15, 2006 at Harborside Healthcare Center, Troy, Ohio. She was born of July 3, 1938 in Sidney, Ohio to the late Cecil and Helen Johnson Plumber. She married Dorsey R. Arthur, her husband of 41 years and he survives. Also surviving are a sister, Sharon Clark of Piqua, OH. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Marimae Livingston. She was of the Methodist Faith. She was employed with Hobart Corporation, Troy for over 18 years before becoming a homemaker in 1984. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM, Thursday, October 19, 2006 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio with the Rev. Al Bastin officiating. Burial will be in Shelby Memorial Gardens, Sidney, OH. Friends may call on the family, Thursday, October 19, 2006 from 12 Noon-2:00PM at the funeral home.
