Cecil M. Denson Jr., 53, of Troy, Ohio died on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at his residence. He was born on May 27, 1952 in Troy, Ohio to the late Cecil M. Denson Sr. and Una Fay Ball. He is survived by his children, Stacey L. Derrick Goldberg of Fletcher, Ohio; Shane M. Lisa Denson of Troy, Ohio; sisters, Judy Ann Hedrick of Melbourne, Florida; Caralata Recore of St. Marys. Georgia; brothers, Bernie Denson of Lafollette, Tennessee; and Donald Ray Denson of Stanford, Kentucky; grandchildren, Brandon D. and Zane Goldberg and Kyleigh C. Denson. He was preceded in death by parents, brothers, Larry Thomas Denson and David Denson. He was a graduate of Miami East Schools. He was a machinist and welder with Rack Processing in Piqua, Ohio. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 21, 2005 at 2:00 PM at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio. Burial will be at Forest Hills Cemetery, Vandalia, Ohio. Friends may call on the family from 12:00-2:00PM, Monday, November 21, 2005 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio. Contributions may be given as a gift to his grandchildren.
