Cecil Denson is survived by 2 daughters and son-in-law, Judy Hedrick, Caralata and Michael Recore; 3 sons, Maurice Denson, Bernie Denson and Donald Ray Denson; three brothers, Charlie Denson, Francis Denson, James Denson; two sisters, Dorothy Brock  and Bertie Henderson; 16 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents Ivan and Oma Griffin Denson; his wife, Una Faye Denson, 2 sons and one brother.

Burial was in Forest Hills Cemetery - Tipp City, Ohio.
