Catherine E. Webb is survived by her husband of 65 years, Russell Boyd Webb; four children and spouses, Marilyn K. and Mike Price, Sandra L. Mayberry, Gerald 'Gary' B. and Carla Webb and Terrell R. 'Terry' and Theresa Webb; sister-in-law, Elvira Waldren, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Sadie Lively Waldren; son, Kenneth and brothers, H. Franklin and Carl C. Waldren.

Services were held at First Baptist Church in Troy with burial in Valley View Memorial Gardens in Xenia.  Contributions to Hospice of Miami County.
