Carolyn Sue Welbaum, age 69, of Troy, passed away on Thursday, October 5,2023, at her residence.  She was born on April 6, 1954, in Piqua to the late Howard and Eudoxie (Hodges) Bishop.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 49 years: Daniel P. Welbaum; two sons: Steven A. Welbaum and Benjamin R. Welbaum, both of Troy; one brother: Daniel Bishop, of VA; and two sister: Christine Schmidt of Piqua and Cynthia Vagedes of FL.

Carolyn was a 1972 graduate of Piqua High School.  She was a homemaker.

Service will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
