Carolyn S. Macy Carolyn S. Macy, age 95, of Sidney, Ohio, formerly of Troy and Tipp City, Ohio passed away at 3:55PM on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney. She was born on February 27, 1915 in Pleasant Hill, Ohio to the late Arthur and Katherine Honeyman Studebaker. Her husband, Burnell Macy, preceded her in death on January 18, 1994. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Mary Macy of Casstown; one daughter, Candida Sowden of Tennessee; and brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Margaret Studebaker of Troy. In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Macy was preceded in death by two brothers, Arthur and Orville Studebaker and her son-in-law, Larry Sowden. She was a graduate of Troy High School and a member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy. She retired from Miami Citizens Bank as the Sherwood Branch Manager. A private service will be held at Baird Funeral Home, Troy with interment in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio.
