Carolyn L. Corwin is survived by her mother, Mildred Louise Butler Corwin; one son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Kellly Obert; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Roy and Pat Corwin, Tom and Sharon Corwin and one grandson.  She was preceded in death by her father. John Corwin.

She was currently employed with Copeland Corp., Sidney, Ohio.

Memorial services were held on January 23,2000.
