Caroline B. Hayner, 90, of Troy, Ohio died Fri. Sept 28, 2001 at Koester Pavilion in Troy. She was born March 12, 1911 in Osborn, Ohio to the late John C. and Helen Haack Blotner. She is survived by 2 neices Mrs. John Carolyn Allen of Chicago, Illinois and Mrs. Donald Elizabeth Ann Wright of Hollywood, Maryland and a sister-in-law Mildred Blotner of Huber Heights, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lewis A. Hayner; son, George Lewis Hayner; two sisters Dorothy Frazier and Rubine Craig and a brother, John Blotner. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Troy and the Milestone Club at Hobart Brothers Co., Troy. She attended Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio and retired in 1974 after 34 years of service with Hobart Brothers Co, Troy. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Mon. Oct. 1, 2001 at Trinity Episcopal Church, Troy with the Revs. Mel and Barbara Schlachter officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00-11:00AM at the church. Contributions may be made to Friends of Hayner and the Troy Foundation.
