Carol C. Davidson, age 88, of Troy, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at StoryPoint of Troy.  She was born on November 2, 1936, in Troy, to the late G. Edward and Neva (Pearson) Chase.

Carol is survived by three children: Brent Davidson of Troy, Jill and Dale Delcamp of Pleasant Hill, and Jodi and Jason Egbert of Troy; one brother: William Chase of Marysville; sister-in-law: Shirley Brownewell of Maine; four grandchildren: Brookelen (Joel) Resides, Brandon Delcamp, Bryan Delcamp and Chase Egbert; and two great grandchildren: Rylie Resides and Carson Resides.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Bruce Davidson; and one sister: Marilyn Overholser.

Carol was a member and volunteer of First United Church of Christ in Troy.  She was also a former volunteer with Partners in Hope.  She was formerly employed at PMI-Hobart in Troy.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM on December 28, 2024 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM on December 27, 2024 at the funeral home.
