Carmen M. Booher, 98, of Troy, Ohio died on Thursday, March 31, 2005 at the Alterra Sterling House, Troy, Ohio. She was born on September 19, 1906 in Dunkirk, Indiana to the late Oscar Livingston Bogart and Valena Belle Wilson. She married Virgil S. Booher Sr., and he passed in 1975. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law; Norma Jeanne and Calvin Yahne of St. Paris, OH. She has five grandchildren, Joanna Booher McKenzie of Appleton, WI; Peter Booher of Troy; Suzy Yahne of Piqua; Marilyn Yahne of Piqua and Cindy Yahne Nicodemus of Piqua; eleven great-grandchildren and fifteen great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by brothers, Roy O and Fred O. Bogart; son, Virgil S. Booher Jr. and great-grandsons, Sean Booher and Neale Schneider II and great-great-granddaughter, Reegan James. She was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church, Troy and the Troy Senior Citizens. She had served as a volunteer with Stouder Memorial Hospital, Troy for many years. Funeral Service will be at 1:00PM Monday, April 4, 2005 at the Graveside, with burial in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio. There will be no public visitation.
