Carla Ann Biles

Carla Ann Biles, age 53, of Troy, Ohio passed away on December 25, 2013 at her residence.  She was born on July 28, 1960 in Troy, Ohio to Shirley (Thompson) Peck of Troy and the late Richard E. Peck.  In addition to her mother, Carla is survived by her husband, Perry Biles; daughters, Amber (Fiance, Chance Mayo) Wintrow of Union City, Ohio and Kelsey Wintrow of Casstown, Ohio and granddaughter, Kaliah; brother and sister-in-law, Rodney and Sandra Peck of Troy and sisters-in-law, Debra Peck of Sidney, Ohio and Nancy Peck of Troy, Ohio; several nieces and nephews.   In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Randy and Rick Peck.

She was a graduate of Miami East High School in 1978.  She was a 4-H and CloverBud advisor and had been active in PTO and volunteered with Miami East Music Boosters.  She worked for Piqua Electric Co. for 30 years and most recently was employed with Industry Products Company in Piqua.

Biles Family:  No services are planned.
Peck Family:  Memorial Service - January 4, 2014  Visitation from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm with service to follow at 4pm at Baird Funeral Home.
