Carl James, 77, formerly of Troy, died at Columbia Raulerson Hospital, Okeechobee, FL on Tuesday, January 8, 2002. He is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Marla Jo and Denver Clark and Linda McNutt; sisters and brother-in-law, Ida and Arthur Phyillaier, Grace Rudisill, Bertha Packman, Nellie White, Donna Thompson and Esther Webster. He has five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Mr. James was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Kiser James; parents, Albert and Amanda Rickey James; sons, Steven William and Anthony Wayne, a granddaughter, Robin James; three brothers, John, Richard and Ed and two sisters, Edna Bond and Mary Gorrell. Mr. James worked with B & O Railroad; retired as a maintenance worker with the State of Ohio. Visitation for Mr. James will be at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio from 9-11:00 AM on Saturday January 12, 2002, with a funeral service at 11:00AM. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio.
