Dr. Carl G. Hoak is survived by his former wife, Dorothy Hoak; two daughters and sons-in-law, Marcia Hoak and Rob Gould; Jane anad Parker Behm; one son and daughter-in-law, Dr. David and Janice Hoak; six grandchildren, Lisa Chicas, Andrew Behm, Heather Davey, Joshua Hoak, Michael Hoak and Rachael Hoak; one great grandchild, Ruben Chicas.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Catherine Graham Hoak and a sister, Bertha Hoak.

He was pathologist working in many area hospitals.

Memorial services for Dr. Hoak will be at 11:00AM Saturday, October 21 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio.
