Obituary
CANDISE E. MILLER, age 68, of Troy, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018 at her residence.
Candise is survived by one son: Charles Mowery, Jr. of Troy; and one brother: Gary Miller. Candise loved her animals. She also loved NASCAR and, especially, Dale Earnhart, Jr.
