CANDACE "CANDY" SMITH, age, 61, of Tipp City, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at Upper Valley Medical Center Emergency Room.  She was born on October 12, 1956 in Dayton to Louise D. (Smith) Smith of Tipp City and the late Talton M. Smith.

Candy is survived by sisters: Pamela L. (Ron) Cresswell of Dallas, TX, and Carol (James) Williams of Nashville, TN; brothers: Talton M. (Suki) Smith of Englewood and Keith P. Smith of Lawrenceville, GA; her niece: Jessica Whitley; and her great nephew: Trevor Whitley. Candy's main interest came in the last 6 years while raising her great nephew, Trevor and caring for her mother. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one brother: Charles Paris Smith in 1955.

Candy was a member of Lifeway Baptist Church in Tipp City.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday January 20, 2018 at the Lifeway Baptist Church, 445 W. Evanston Rd., Tipp City. Family will receive friends from 1-2 PM.
