CALVIN S. LAMBERT

Calvin S. Lambert , age 75, of Troy, OH, died on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at his residence with his loving wife of 53 years, Beulah (Herman) Lambert, by his side.  He was born in Pike County, OH on December 1, 1938 to the late Leo and Mary Lambert.

Calvin is also survived by one son: David Lambert, Bradford, OH; one granddaughter: Ciara Lambert, Bradford, OH; one sister: Hazel Mustard, Waverly, OH; brothers: John Lambert and Bill Lambert, both of Waverly, OH.  In addition to his parents, Calvin was preceded in death by sisters: Ada Jackson and Patty Owens; and brothers: Bob Lambert and Joe Lambert.

Calvin retired from Hobart Brothers, Troy, OH after 38 years of service.  Calvin attended Bradford Church of the Brethren, Bradford, OH.  He loved wood working in his spare time and spending time outdoors.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 13, 2014 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH, with Rev. John Shelton officiating.  Burial will follow in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, OH.  Friends may call from 12:00 Noon – 2:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
