Brenda Lee Stewart, age 49, of Troy, Ohio passed away at her home on March 25, 2018.   Brenda was born May 24, 1968 in Troy, Ohio to the late Everett G. Baker and Maude Alice (Brewer) Baker.

Brenda is survived by her husband Greg of almost 29 years; 2 children: Gregory Shane Stewart II and Shawn R. Stewart, both of Troy; 3 sisters: Dora (Brent) Rutledge, Teresa Lantis, and Alice (Nick) Gwin, all of Troy; mother-in-law: Karen Stewart of Troy; and father-in-law: John (Bonnie) Stewart of Xenia, in addition to lots of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; sister: Diana Posey; niece: Hannah Ray Stark; and brother-in-law: Josh Gearhart.

Brenda attended Troy City Schools. Brenda was a loving wife and mother.  Her biggest joy in life was spending time around her sons and nieces and nephews, although she enjoyed being around children in general.  Brenda also loved animals of all types.

Services will be held 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.   Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery.   Friends may call from 12:00 – 2:00 PM on Wednesday at Baird Funeral Home, Troy.
