Brenda Dever Spriggs, age 52, of Troy died Tuesday, March 13 following a lengthy illness. She was born of the late, Forrest E. and Augusta Hannah Dever. She is survived by her sons, Jason T. and James S. Spriggs; brothers, Robert, Daniel, Rick and Jim Dever. She attended the W. Milton Brethren Church; Miami East High School and Edison State College. She was a caseworker with Children's Services.
