Bonnie L. France, age 73, of Troy, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022, at her residence.  She was born on March 10, 1949, in Toledo, to the late Rollie and Marion (Nelson) Hartsel.

Bonnie is survived by one daughter: Cindy L (Russell) Kirsch; two brothers: Kenny Hartsel and Richard Hartsel; two grandchildren: Christopher Boggs and Ashley Balukoff; and four great grandchildren: Kaydence, Kynliegh, Camriegh and Waylon.

Bonnie was a member of UFCW #1099 (United Food and Commercial Workers).  She retired from Kroger after over 40 years of service.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
