Billy Lee Adkins, age 76, of Troy, OH passed away on January 26, 2026 at his residence.  He was born on March 11, 1949 in Greenup, KY to the late Clifford and Madge "Opal" (Coburn) Adkins.

He is survived by his son: Jimmy Adkins; step children: Tracey Adkins, Tammy Groves, Terry Adkins and Talissa Adkins; nieces: Michelle Kennedy and Lynnette Roeder; nephews: Rob Weethee and Chris Weethee; grandchildren: Brittany, Jolee, Abby and Susan; great grandchildren: Tyler and Johnathan; brother-in-law: Rich Weethee and sister-in-law: Cindy Adkins.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Ida "Sherry" (White) Adkins; sisters: Pauline and Betty; and brother: Paul.

Billy was a member of the Troy Fish and Game.  He liked to play cards with his friends and talk about classic cars.  He was employed at Miami Industries.

Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, February 2, 2026 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Bonita Ritchie officiating.  Interment will take place at Casstown Cemetery.  The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00PM – 2:00PM on Monday.
