Billie L. Hawkins, age 69, of Sidney, OH passed away on December 10, 2020 at Wilson Hospital, Sidney, OH.  He was born on September 3, 1951 in Victor, WV to the late Billie E. and Ruby Jane (Kessler) Hawkins.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years of marriage: Karen S. (Baker) Hawkins; daughters: Jessica Iiames of Wheeling, WV; Billi Jane Price of Edmond, WV and Laura Ables of Highcoat, WV; son: Kenny Hawkins of Oak Hill, WV; stepsons: Timothy Evans of Sidney; Randy Evans of Piqua and Dean Evans of Piqua; stepdaughters: Angela Holbin of Piqua and Jodell Miller of Piqua; brothers: Johnny Hawkins of OK and Terry Hawkins of Troy; sisters: Shelby Wooley of Fletcher and Joyce Ramsey of Edmond, WV; 22 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers: Eugene Hawkins and Kenny Hawkins.

Billie was a former welder with Trojan Fabricating.

Services will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH.  The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.  Private interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Troy at a later date.
