Billie P. Harrison Billie P. Harrison, 79, of Troy, OH, passed away at 10:30PM Wednesday, July 18, 2007, at Hospice of Dayton, Dayton, OH. She was born June 7, 1928 in Paintsville, KY, to the late John J. and Eva Rice. She married T. L. Chick Harrison on July 14, 1945 and had been married for 62 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Mark Aaron Harrison of Troy; daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Raelan Schweinefus; brother, Marvin Rice; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters: Lathana Crum and Jean Edmisten. Mrs. Harrison was a 1946 graduate of Portsmouth High School. She was a member of Mabert Road Baptist Church of Portsmouth, OH, and she was a secretary at BF Goodrich until she retired in 1989.
