Beth Ann (Waymire) Hart, 60, of Troy, Ohio, passed away with her family by her side on Friday, May 20, 2022, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Beth was born on June 9 ^th , 1961, to Nancy Potter and the late Thomas Waymire in Troy, Ohio. A 1979 graduate of Troy High School, she went on to study engineering at ITT of Dayton earning a 4.0 GPA while working full-time and raising her girls as a single mother. She then worked at Dayton Reliable Tool, where she met her husband, Mike, whom she married on June 7, 1997. After completing her family with the addition of two sons, Beth went on to work for Troy City Schools as a teacher's aid at Hook Elementary and then as the secretary of Heywood Elementary. Beth was a kind and caring soul, and she always put other's needs before her own. She had a huge heart for all children and especially fur babies.

Beth was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert & Grace McCandliss; father, Thomas Waymire; stepfather, Ray Potter and several special fur friends.

She is loved and will be missed by her husband, Michael G. Hart of Troy, OH; daughter and son-in-law, Regina and Ben Whitenack of Troy, OH; daughter, Emily Harmon of Tipp City, OH; son, Aaron Hart (Haley Rischar) of Lakewood, OH; son, Logan Hart of Troy, OH; her mother, Nancy Potter of Troy, OH; her brother and sister-in-law, Kirk and Claudine Waymire of Dayton, OH; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Vickie & Brian Cherry; several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held starting at 6:00 PM at Brukner Nature Center in Troy on June 17, 2022. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Miami County Animal Shelter, or Hospice of Dayton. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.bairdfuneralhome.com.
