Benny W. Bentley, age 67, of Tipp City, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.  He was born on May 30, 1954, in Troy, to the late Benny C. and Ellen Mae (Reed) Bentley.

Benny is survived by his wife: Melissa (Martin) Bentley; two children: Stephanie (Michael) Warner of Troy and Mindy Baker of Tipp City; step daughters: Kristen Minniear and Cheryl L. Minniear; and ten grandchildren: Bridget Nash, Joe Minniear-Gebhart, Jayden Joyal, Michael Minniear, Dylan Ward, Jenna Malone, Euriah Ward, Carl Baker, Lindsey Malone and Chevy Roark.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife: Debra L. Bentley.

Benny was a 1972 graduate of Tipp City High School.  He was a member of Victory Church and Odd Fellows.  Benny was employed at K's Hamburgers in Troy.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 27, 2021, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with Pastor Andy Warren officiating.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Troy.  Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
