Barbara J. Waters Barbara J. Waters, age 77, formerly of Tipp City, Ohio, more recently of Troy, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Troy Care & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on July 3, 1935 in Fayette County, Ohio, to the late Oscar J. and Helen Eunice McCoy Wilson. Her husband, Coy M. Waters, preceded her in death in 1991. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Tanya and Theodore Scisson of Tipp City, Ohio; three stepchildren: Jim Waters of Troy, Tim Waters of Troy, and Kay Waters of Piqua, Ohio; three sisters, Martha Sholler of Scottsdale, Arizona, Anna Dawson of Hillsboro, Ohio, and Northa Watson of Vienna, West Virginia; brother, Glenn Wilson of Xenia, Ohio; four grandchildren: Leisha Scisson, Lane Scisson, Dawn Brown, and Danny Lovejoy; four great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Barbara was preceded in death by her brothers, Paul and David Wilson; daughter, Debra Lovejoy; stepson, Doug Waters; and step-granddaughter, Jennifer Waters. Barbara attended the Troy Gospel Tabernacle. Services will be held at 6:00PM on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Pastor Ray Horton officiating.
