Barbara F. Waddle, age 73, of Troy, Ohio died Friday, October 8, 2010 at her residence. She was born September 3, 1937 in Richmond, Indiana to the late Lowell O. Hiles and Wanda Tucker Hiles. She was married to Johnnie A. Waddle who preceded her in death in 1993. Barbara is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Johnnie M. Waddle of Thomaston, Georgia, Tim T. and Kim Waddle of Dayton, Ohio, and Gary M. and Beth Waddle of Troy, Ohio; daughters and son-in-law, Sheila and Joe Long of Barnesville, Georgia and Tina Hawkins of Troy, Ohio; sister-in-law, Madge Hiles of Columbus, Ohio; seventeen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Harold Waddle and brother, Robert Hiles. Barbara was a member of the Jesters Pool League, past member of the Redmens Lodge and an avid NASCAR fan cheering for Rusty Wallace. She was a self-employed newspaper delivery person with the Troy Daily News for 21 years. The funeral service will be held 2:00PM Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio. Interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio. Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
