Barbara C. Newnam, age 71 of Troy, Ohio died Sunday, Dec. 21, 2003 at Upper Valley Medical Center. She was born of the late, Sharon and Elsie Ward Cost in Troy, Ohio. She was married to Clarence L. ''Tink'' Newnam for 50 years who survives her. She is also survived by her son, Scott and daughter, Kyle Stone and grandsons, Zachary Jacob Newnam and Ransom Stone. A member of the Troy Church of the Brethren, she was a 1950 Graduate of Troy High School. She was retired from Waltz's Dry Cleaners.
