Barbara Ann Madewell, 60, of Piqua, Ohio died on Monday, December 19, 2005 at 11:55am at the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, Ohio. She was born on June 7, 1945 in Cookeville, Tennessee to the late Silas and Cecil Whitaker West. She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Floyd J. Madewell; son and daughter-in-law; Andy & Regina Hitchcock of Cookeville, TN; Step-daughters and Sons-in-law; Jackie and Bruce Selover of Sidney, OH; Debbie and Albert Jones of Piqua, OH; step-son & Daughter-in-law; Dannie and Lou Madewell of Troy, OH; brother and sister-in-law; Mike and Betsey West of Florida; eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents, son, Earl Edward "Chuck" Hitchcock and brother, Pete West. She was a Charter member with Hampton Crossroads Baptist Church in Sparta, Tennessee. She retired in 1995 from Mallory as an Injection Mold Operator after 28 years of service. Burial will take place in Nash Cemetery, White County, Tennessee. Friends may call on the family on Wednesday, December 21, 2005 from 6-8PM at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio.
