BARBARA ANN ARNETT, age 73, of Troy, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Hospice of Dayton.  She was born in Troy on May 24, 1947 to the late John and Agnes (Haines) Payne.

Barbara is survived by one son: Michael (Jennifer) Arnett of Troy; siblings: John Payne of Piqua, Karen James of Troy, Linda Payne of Piqua, Patricia Lambert of Arcanum and Shirley Persinger of Troy; three grandchildren: Jessie Payne, Jackie Brown and Nicole Greentaner; and nine great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Arnett; and son: Chad; and daughter: Nicole.

Barbara graduated from Tippecanoe High School in Tipp City.  She was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 971 of Troy, Fraternal Order of Eagles 376 and Troy Redmens Club.  She loved her family most of all.
